Returns & Cancellations

Email admin@gameverseuk.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return an order.

For eligible online purchases, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. We will provide return instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage.

We refund eligible cancellations, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may deduct for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. An upgraded delivery charge above standard delivery is not refundable.

The change-of-mind right does not apply to sealed computer software once unsealed, where the statutory exception applies. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and return costs.
