Privacy & Customer Data

Gameverse UK uses the information you provide to handle enquiries, process purchases, arrange delivery and manage returns. Contact admin@gameverseuk.com about your information, or write to 66 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom.

Information involved may include your name, email, delivery and billing address, order details and correspondence. Wix provides the storefront and checkout services; payment providers handle payment information, and fulfilment partners receive the details needed to deliver your order.

We use order information to perform our contract with you and to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use enquiry and service records to respond to requests and manage our business. Records are retained for as long as needed for those purposes, applicable legal obligations and the resolution of disputes.

The storefront stores a visitor token in your browser to maintain the basket and checkout session. Wix and connected services may use additional cookies and process data outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. Optional tracking requires the relevant consent where applicable.

You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal information, or exercise other applicable data protection rights, by contacting us. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
